Schematic isn't in eagle, but how about a breakout for the FNB41560/B2[1] The schematic is Page 13 (Figure 15). Just hook everything that goes to the MCU and the 15V, 5V, and phase current monitoring to a 100-mil header and use these[2] for the high-voltage V+, GND, U, V, and W lines. All the bootstrap caps, gate filters, sense resistors and at least a little (1uF-10uF film cap) main bus capacitance should be on the board. The idea is to make something you can quickly wire up to a high-voltage power supply and a MCU devboard to get a drive prototype working. |
